Run, Jump, and Kick your way to fitness!

Fall Fitness is almost here and we need your help! CUPS students, sponsored by family and friends, will participate in a 5-station circuit, including (1) Zumba (warm-up), (2) Obstacle Course, (3) Relay Games with a Water and Misting station, (4) Ball Activities, and (5) Yoga (cool-down).  

Our goal is to raise $19,000 and all money raised will go directly to the PTO’s general fund to support our annual events such as Pumpkin Patch, Snow Day, and the Spring Event. To make a donation or volunteer at this event, click here:


Fall Fitness will be held on Friday, November 14th 8:00 – 11:30 a.m. on the Sanctuary Lawn and Parish Hall playground. Thank you for your support – we look forward to a fantastic Fall Fitness Day!
