May Day is Lei Day at Central Union Church Preschool and Kindergarten! The annual May Day Celebration is a joyous event of flowers, song and dance, and colorful costumes, celebrating our unique island culture. Each room practiced hard to perform their own song and dance routine during the May Day performance, such as “Hanalei Moon,” and “Ride, Paniolo Ride.” We also sang songs as a big group such as “One Ohana, One Family,” and “We Make a Rainbow.”
A special thanks to all our musicians and parents who helped in making our beautiful costumes and bringing flowers and greenery.
