
What is Fall Fitness? Imagine a morning filled with fitness-centered activities that promote a healthy lifestyle and positive well-being. From gentle yoga classes that inspire focus and motivation, to tumbling and gymnastics that teach balance and coordination, and soccer exercises aimed at strengthening dexterity, the CUPS campus comes alive every fall with a variety of sessions run by volunteers. Our CUPS Keiki come together to enjoy a fun-filled day in the sun, moving their bodies alongside friends and ‘Ohana. Parents even join their children in stretching, running, shooting goals, and unleashing their inner athletes.
And what better way to show the community that you care about Keiki and their health than supporting this annual FUNdraiser?
All funds raised go back to the PTO, allowing these Moms and Dads to continue organizing the monthly events that CUPS has become known for throughout the years. CUPS is a special place because of our parental and community involvement, which allows a myriad of activities highlighting special holidays and significant cultural celebrations for the Keiki to enjoy.
