Giving to Central Union Preschool

...is Easy!  Fundraising efforts at Central Union Preschool support CUPs 5-"E's":

  1. Environments for Learning. 
    Improvements to indoor and outdoor environments
  2. Educational Opportunities for Staff
    Funds raised help to support teacher training and professional development.
  3. Economic Diversity
    Financial assistance to families who qualify. It is the school's desire to have a student body that is so cio-economically and ethnically diverse.
  4. Events & Activities
    Special events like Ohana Fair, Snow Day and the end of year event for families. Also special performances and field trips for students.
  5. Endowment
    Monies set aside for future needs

The PTA Events include:

  • Annual Family Picnic,
  • Parent Workday,
  • Snow Day
  • End of the Year Event . 

Both the school and PTA work together to support the school's fundraising goals. The PTA will raise funds to support their traditional events as well as offer assistance for Dazzle. Families, friends and faculty support these events by volunteering their time, treasure or talents.

CUPs Events include:

  • 'Ohana Fair ~ This fun fair is held in the Fall especially for children, their families and alumni. It features lots of games, activities animals and food.

  • DAZZLE! ~ The Annual Dinner and Silent Auction. This event is an annual dinner and silent auction supported by CUPS families, alumni and the community for a significant and larger gift to the school.

Additional Opportunities

  • Annual Fund ~ The Annual Fund provides opportunities for friends of CUPS to contribute funds that will be used for the current year operations.

  • Matching Gifts ~ Many companies or employers have matching gift programs that will multiply your gift to CUPS.
  

 


  • In Kind Giving ~ Time, treasures and talents are welcomed at CUPS. From parents who share their skills with the children in the classroom, to family owned companies who share their goods or services in the silent auction - your support is appreciated and is what make CUPS so unique and special. All gifts to Central Union Preschool & Kindergarten are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.
